Small Group Strength $250

Level ONE

5 - Week Series runs begins Nov 12th | One Class a Week | 1 hour class

 

Great for beginners learning to lift and wanting to focus on low impact strength training.  We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.  

Schedule: Tuesday @ 12:15pm  OR Wednesday @ 7:15pm with Christine

Level TWO

5-Week Series begins Nov 9th | Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class

You have previously completed a strength series and/or have experience with lifting heavy and are looking to focus on progressive overload.

 

Schedule: Mon @ 7:15pm Mercedes OR Fri @ 12:15pm with Nicole
