Our new Spring 12 -Week Strength Training series kicks off on April 7th! Work in a small group of 6 people with eagle eye attention from your coach! Let us help you take your training to the next level!

Small Group Strength
Level ONE
12 - Week Series runs begins April 7th | 1 hour class

Great for beginners learning to lift and wanting to focus on low impact strength training. We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.
Level One Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday @ 1:15pm
Monday & Wednesday @ 6:15pm
Friday @ 1:15pm

Small Group Strength
Level TWO
12-Week Series begins April 7th | 1 hour Class
You have previously completed a strength series and/or have experience with lifting heavy and are looking to focus on progressive overload.

Monday & Wednesday @ 7:15pm
Friday @ 12:15pm
Saturday @ 8:00am

12-Week Series begins April 9th | Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class
Great for beginners or intermediate lifters wanting to focus on low impact strength training. We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.
